Paulandjacquelyn
OK our ages run the full range. I'm middle aged and took to riding very quickly but know that one of the most important thing about avoiding injury is ability to move quickly if needed. Does anyone warm up before riding? Stretching type exercises? Seems like the older we get the less flex in movement.
Cloud
I warm up simply by riding more carefully and with less acceleration first. After ive been riding for two hours i can dance on the wheel as easily as i would on the floor. Stretching before riding may be a good idea though
Paulandjacquelyn
I usually just hop on because riding the euc is not demanding but the reality is avoiding injury may require quick reflex along with flexibility. May be as important as a helmet.
dmethvin
My back gets stiff on long rides so I usually do some stretching before I start and sometimes afterwards as well. Sometimes I'm going over big bumps or off curbs so keeping your knees bent a bit is important.
