MR BRAD Posted October 10, 2021 Share Posted October 10, 2021 So. My V10 (very gently used and low hours) seems to have become pretty unstable when tracking in anything less than a straight line. The only thing I have done to her is to change the tire (I got a flat a while back). I heard some “scraping” at one point and between that and the tire change figured I may not have aligned the valve stem as well as I could have. The wheel feels absolutely SCARY when leaning into corners (like making a tight u-turn) or even a more gentle sweeper. I have looked and manually rotated the wheel through full rotations and it appears true, doesn’t seem to be catching on anything (despite the click I have mentioned above) and the stem seems safely out of the way. Just looking for some suggestions and ideas or experience if anyone has insight. Thanks in advance!!!! The problem wasn’t immediately noticed post tire change and seems to have become progressively worse (or I am just becoming more of a wimp and less tolerant of the wheel being less than stable).
