Bought an airwheel x8 and ninebot one e plus

I see manufacturers not taking our hard earn money more serious. Should have research more careful and more PATIENT when making a purchase, this is a lot of money!! Enough money for 2 to 4 vacations. The problems I see trending smaller battery and bigger motors (ips and ninebot) going fire the unit!. Multi-Firmware update fried motherboard or make unit act funny (ninebot). Overprice marketing with dinky features and low battery (airwheel). Pedals that are not yet ready for comfort (King Song). Missing rear and front lights (airwheel)

One final lack of feature make sure to wait until upgrade...unit is too fat to fit more batteries but this takes away from ergonomics. Have to wait at least 2 more generations until manufacters decide to expand battery along the wheel instead of against the wheel.

2 top best brands are KingSong and Ninebot. Ninebot needs to add more batteries, rear and front lights. KingSong needs to make pedal more comfort and expand battery along wheel to allow thinner unit

On a 14", designing packs that are one-cell wide is going to be pretty big challenge. KS pedals has been discussed before, promised by KS HQ that these will be available for existing customers within the next couple weeks from the factory. 

About Ninebot Firmware QC, I don't understand how a $1b company can be blase about these critical firmware updates. Has anyone received any 'official' response explaining/apologizing if/when things went wrong?
