Ninebot S2 - No self balancing after MB change

Greetings,
While riding under heavy rain, my S2 started going forward backward very fast (just like when MOSFET are fried).
I shut it down, went home and dry it but it couldn't be turned on anymore.

I open it and measure some open MOSFET on the motherboard.

Lucky me, I had a spare motherboard coming from my old S2 with bend rim.
I made the swap and my S2 turned on : (bips, leds) but can't self balance anymore and it can't detect handle lift anymore.
Nothings strange shown on the ninebot app, when the wheel don't turn, It show 0 km/h and when I make it move, it seem to show good speed.
The motor is receiving power.
I can feel magnetic resistance when I make the wheel move with my hands.

The motherboard I used was working fine before I store it in good conditions.

Do you have an idea about what could cause this issue ?

Update :
From what I've read :

https://www.speedyfeet.co.uk/blogs/help-and-advice/how-to-unlock-your-ninebot-replacement-control-board?_pos=2&_sid=c53dbb0cc&_ss=r

There's a possibility that my motherboard is lock ?
I've call the shop who sold me the ninebot S2 but they have no idea what I'm talking about.

Thanks

Hello everyone, I manage to find the issue.

It was my handle lift sensor who was in fault.

I manage to play with the handle lift sensor calibration from the app, and it manages to get self-balancing sometime but it was switching by itself on and off because of the faulty sensor.

So as soon that it got self balance, I had to deactivate the "stop by lifting" option and it's working very well  :).
