Another Non-Negative eWheels review

I had the same problem twice with a wheel I  bought from them, all manufacture's issues. Both times involved shipping heavy boxes back and forth across the country, each time was fast and efficient and at no cost to me. I imagine they have a set up with the manufacturer that covers them for these kinds of things, but I don't know for sure. What I can say is I don't have to deal with it, they take care of it on their end. When I upgrade (I think everyone this crazy sport clicks with will upgrade at some point), I'll chose eWheels over brand or model available, since it seems the safest way to by plastic Chinese vehicles with varying levels of quality control. Love my V8f, always wear your gear.

Thanks Elwood, glad to see the efforts appreciated . Alas not... even obtaining parts for DOA Wheels is often quite the song and dance act, all part of the larger sphere of this business.

I don’t know about other dealers. They might be good. eWheels has always been there for me. Quick fair and generous. I feel secure with eWheels.

Ewheels.com has always been helpful and responsive to any support requests, they consistently go above and beyond! Great warranty and after sales service!

My son recently rode his new RS-19 right after he unboxed it without adding pressure to the tire. Within an hour he hit a pothole and bent the rim. I told him to contact Ewheels.com and get an idea of the repair cost and time.

Jason said not to return it but carefully squeeze the rim in a vise. Totally worked. They could have made more money by accepting the repair but chose to offer a quick (free) fix. 100% of my trust goes to Ewheels.com!

Additionally my KS rapid charge adapter stopped working. Jason shipped out one that day free of charge. (Probably because between my son and myself we have purchased 9 wheels so far. More to come!

So... is it going to be lucky number 10, when he learns how tires and air pressure works?

Good to hear he got it fixed! Replacing a rim is a total pain in the ass!
