I’m impressed so far but I’m also looking forward to seeing what kingsong shows us tomorrow with the release of the s20 and seeing how the hero stacks up

Looks like an interesting wheel. Not sure what kind of range to expect from it... What are other GW 100V, 1800Wh wheels getting?

On the other hand the S20... 3300W motor running on 126V and a 2220Wh battery pack... Looks like a sweeter deal if speed isn't your to priority.

Realistically? 1800Wh gives you between 55-60km.

Not THAT bad. But can't beat the S20's claimed 200km (on 2200Wh) :roflmao:

They base that on a 60kg rider riding at 20kmh. 😅

My guess it's more like 80-90km normal riding.

My average consumption is 15-17 Wh/km. Most riders are consuming 15-22 Wh/km. It's very easy to ride at 10 Wh/km when riding on flat ground without strong acceleration, 20-25 km/h and weight at 70-75 kg. KS will let the batteries drain to 3V and BG will stop at 3.3V. The KS claim on 200 km is doable but who would ride at steady pace for so long? I did regularly 80-90 km on 18XL so I think S20 will easily do 110-120 on 2200 Wh battery and normal riding.

My V10F with a 960Wh battery already gives me 52km or range when riding at a steady 22-23km/h, and thats with a 130+kg rider. And the V10F wont let you use the last 20% of the battery either.

If you ride at 22kmh of course you will get further. The MSP HT will beep at 58kmh, quite a difference in potential speed and power consumption there, HS even more so. I own a MSP HT and with my normal riding style I can ride about 60km's so it's not just a guess.
