Rodo
Hi all, In the forum for private sales. What would be the easiest and safest way to get paid if I decide to sell my V8F? I'm getting the "get the V8S" bug...lol. BTW I'm in Southern California. Thanks Edited August 20, 2021 by Rodo Added location

Thanks Make a nice sales contract and stay with your buyer within the same juristiction. Or choose some online platform, that protects you right. But mostly don't don't fear toouch as most people are ok! Chances are normally/hopefully low to find simeone betraying one. So its up to you on how much you invest on securing yourself or you trust in society.
Denny Paul
PayPal, goods and services. they take 3 percent of the selling price, but if an issue comes up they’ll investigate and mediate. It’s worth it. Just keep records of your communication with the seller, tracking info, the original ad, and maybe a photo or two of your wheel actually in the box. Should be all you need to explain things on your end in any event.

Denny Paul
yep in person and cash is the way to go if you can't find a buyer local, than shipping and using paypal usually works out okay. But when it doesn't it's a pain on both people's ends.
