Overspeed beep or overcharging beep: how to tell them apart?

Hi all,

I'm wondering how do you differentiate between an over lean beep or going downhill (overcharging) beep in my inmotion v8f? Assume a fully charged battery in both cases. I'm very aware of my fully charged battery and going downhill but I thought it was beeping because I'm going too fast. It is a very gentle downhill here where I live and hitting the top speed of 21 miles/hour (m/h) when I start is rather easy so I just lean back and no problem. But it would help a lot if the beeps where different... they're not to me.

Thanks

If the downhill is shallow and you are going near the top speed, there’s no regenerative braking happening. It takes a good deal of energy to keep you upright at a steady 21mph.

I unfortunately I don’t think I can help you with recognizing the beeps though. Some Inmotions have a sound system where you can modify the alerts. Not sure if you can on the V8 series though.
