Msx msp Fan and less died...??

Okay I'll admit it's many more like a franken wheel it started as a Msx 1850 from wheels but it has had 2 motherboards (both different) a few shells  and a motor replaced. It use to rock a custom led controller from euc guy but I took it off after some of my LEDs whent out and the lights were inconsistent. I put in my own head light. And now the new Mobo has 2 fan spots 1 is always on for the lights fan the other isnsopose to come on at 40c.  Well now my LEDs and the fans have no power... This new board only has 200 miles on it. Poor wheel has been sitting ever since I got the veteran I took her out and boom over heating and imediatly stoped. Now I have a 3s lipo running to the fans manually just to make it home. Is this a sign that the board is going bad or you think they just shorted and that's how it is.now and won't get any worse..... Odd the LEDs also went out completely.... 🙁
