Veteran Blue tooth module

Question for you folks.. when I got my Sherman long ago the blue tooth module was not installed. Jason sent one immediately to me and I noticed when I installed it that it didn’t seat all the way down. I used liquid tape to secure and it works.

However, I’m noticing that it continually disconnects from DarknessBot and I have to connect app again and again.. somehow the connection drops.

Do you think it’s the bt module , or the software that’s creating the problem.?

Has anyone noticed that the module doesn’t seat flush with the board?

It’s darknessbot. App wants to work on its own time. It’s always disconnecting silently for me. No matter which wheel I use. Id day 25% of the time it disconnects randomly.

Thanks, I think you are correct. I opened it up on got the module to seat flush and I’m still noticing lost connections. It seems to only happen with my Sherman. Maybe @Ilya Shkolnik has an answer.

Mine was covered in Black goo so u could squirt some in there! When i updated the firmware i replaced it and didnt seat it properly.Couldnt connect!If its seated and glued id suggest its the app!
