V5F+ Handle screws replacement

The screws holding the handle attachment to the wheel fell off while on a ride. I can only find this on the Inmotion parts page. (V5F / Glide 2 Handle Attachment (Includes Mudguard))  for $60. Has anyone dealt with this before? Hopefully I can find replacement screws and nuts at a hardware store.
