  1. 1. Which mode do you spend most of the time with?

    • Commuting 0-33% pedal sensitivity
    • Commuting 34-66% pedal sensitivity
      0
    • Commuting 67-100% pedal sensitivity
    • Off-road 0-33% pedal sensitivity
    • Off-road 34-66% pedal sensitivity
    • Off-road 67-100% pedal sensitivity

I'm experimenting with the different combinations and I'm curious to see what other people prefer.

I prefer less sensitivity, because I don't like to wrestle with the wheel for acceleration / maintaining speed.

I don't want to compromise braking distance though, so I'll have to test this as well. (I'm waiting for my power pads first)

I went back and forth at first, but then realized that for off-roading, especially for an ex-MSX rider, Off-Road Mode with hard sensitivity is a must. It has been at 100% sensitivity now for a good while. I may only set it lower if we take it easy when a more peaceful rider joins a group ride.

No just for off-roading, I feel that off-road (hard mode) with 100% gives you overall tighter control of the wheel.

I was curious as to how things have worked out for you on this. I just went from a 16X to the V11. Yesterday was my first ride. I noticed how sluggish it was to go from start to accelerating decently. The 16X would leave this thing in the dust, at this point. I realize it is easier for a smaller wheel to accelerate over a larger wheel, but man. I'm waiting for my V11 PowerPads to come in on a slow boat from China. I had PowerPads on my 16X as well, and what a difference those made! Thanks for an update on your situation and settings that you are finding to work best to not "...wrestle with the wheel for acceleration / maintaining speed." I'm using EUC World instead of the Inmotion app.
