How identify wheel from the serial number?

I'm helping out with some software that works with these wheels. I need to identify the characteristics of the wheel from it's serial number. I've read this page which helps identify older wheels but I'm trying to do the same for more modern KS wheels.

Does anyone have more up to date info, preferably including 18L, 18XL, 16X & the S18 ? If not then could anyone provide the first 7 characters from their serial number with details like (18XL, 1554Wh, 2200W motor, throttling at 20%). I assume the 18XL with the older 2000W motor would have a different code to the newer 18XL with the 2200W motor but I'm not sure. Also, how do they identify wheels for the Chinese market? I assume there's something in the serial number.

Bonus question: anyone know how it works with Gotway or Veteran?
