Utilizing electric car charging stations with an adapter - possible?

Hello there I was just looking for an app to find publicly exposed outlets to charge my EUC if I'm ever out and about and desperately in need of power. I don't intend on ever needing them, but in my search I came across an app for finding those electric vehicle charging stations. Is there a way to connect an adapter of some sort and charge our electric unicycles?

Nice. Thank you! Was trying keywords like 'Tesla' and 'electric vehicle' in my searches but that post didn't have those. Maybe this thread will help someone else in the future.

In Europe you can use Type-2, Mode 3 adapter to 3 Chuko outlets. In simple English: The AC current from a pole, to one or three round AC outlets for home use. Its 16A in Sweden so my 3 outlet conectors (Shuko) gives 230V and 16A each.

Where did you buy the adapter?

I bought it from a electric car supply company in Sweden. Quite costly, because it needs to trick the pole its a car that is connected with its 2 switches. It works like a charm.

If you search the forum for "j1772" then that will give you better matches. It's probably easier to use something like plugshare depending on how many people need to recharge or only send the invites to Sherman and Monster owners ;)

As stated above, the J1772 is for North America only.

Thanks for replying to a 4 month old thread though, I was looking for something like this :)
