Greyhound only allows one carry-on, but this seems relaxed, will allow eu as carry-on, will not allow any lithium batteries underneath, laptops, what not. I didn't try to put eu in overhead, seems skinny enough but don't know, I slid eu under seat, but since one person per two seat, stood it upright wheel to wall....
