Ninebot one S2 charging question

Hello,

Bought a new Ninebot one s2 today. its charging and on the app it justnow said 100%.

However, the charger light is still red. Is it overcharging it? Or, is it just balancing the cells in the battery?

Wheels normally report some wider range as 100%. Normally up from about 4.16V per cell?

But the S2 already has some kind of coulomb counting? Showing Wh or Ah for the packs?

Or charge % with the S2 still is a fix calculation from the battery voltage?

The charger goes green once  charging current is below a certain threshold.

That's whilst the constant voltage phase, were most of the balancing occurs. As the battery pack already has about full viltage in this phase most wheels (which do not coloumb counting) show already 100% (wrongly).
