bms in ninebot - will it prevent overcharge?

The charger for my 9bot s1 is only rated to 59v output. If you connect a higher voltage charger ( say an 84v inmotion charger) to a 9bot one (say an S1), will the bms in the 9bot stop the batts from charging beyond 63v? Even if so maybe this is still a bad idea (in the case the overcharge protection were to fail)? Could use dc-dc converter to downgrade 84v input to 63v output but I would have to buy one :-( Also, I notice the output side of 9bot/inmotion charger has only pos & neg wires (2) going to the gx12-4pin connector. What is the function of the 2 other pins?
