water damage How can I find a hole or leakage of Ninebot max model?

Hi

It has been heavy rain here and my Segway ninebot Max scooter didn't work, so I opened up the bottom side which contains a battery and  a controller, and found it was wet by rain. I have no idea how water got into inside of this part and can you give me any advice that I have to see or do taping for water protection?

That should not happen since it has IPX5 (external) and IPX7 (inside) protection (one of the most water resistant scooters out there). Is the warranty still available? This should be repaired under warranty.
