This is a catch and release for me guys.  I've always wanted to try out a Monster so I picked this one up from @Rywokast recently.  Outstanding wheel, but realize I prefer a little smaller wheel diameter. This wheel is like new and has just over 100 miles on it.  Just enough miles to ensure it's a winning example, but practically like new.  Perfect in every way except for a few scratches on the pedals.  This is the 3.5 version with the updated double T6 headlights that auto dim when the wheel comes to a stop.  Wheel comes with a Roll.NZ body guard which was put on since the wheel was purchased.  The side pads have been removed for comfort, but will be included in the box.  A spare inner tube, seat and eWheels 5A fast charger is also included. Purchased from eWheels and still has a warranty until  4/23/21. For someone interested in trying out a Monster at a big discount, this is the wheel for you.  I have purchased and sold many wheels on this forum and have had nothing but outstanding experience selling here.  Thanks for taking a look ---- Matt

Price: $old Shipping to mainland US included.  Paypal accepted.

well sorry it didnt work out for you, the monster is quite a unique wheel and every dedicated euc rider should have a chance at trying one out.. i felt exactly the same way as you though and i just prefer smaller wheels, but nothing beats the seated riding experience on the monster, and if you have poor road conditions or like riding long distances comfortably the monster is an excellent choice.. this wheel has been checked inside and out and is practically brand new for anybody wanting to get one risk free for a great price

I don't regret trying it out at all.  It's truly an impressive wheel and will make someone very happy. Thanks!

Does it have space to stuff annother 800wh battery in it?

I’m not sure.  I have heard of people adding batteries to this shell, but not sure on details.

no lol.. the board occupies the empty slot... you would have to be get extremely creative to fit that in there but certainly not an 800 wh pack

Ok. Thanks. I have no idea why Gotway didn't mount the board on top. You would think they would have by now, after all these years.

the simple reason is cost... that would mean a redesign of the shell, making new templates and adding complication to the manufacturing process as well as having to have additional boards with separate fw on them for the top mounted design... there have been 3.. 3.5 iterations of the monster lol and as is totally obvious gotway just reuses and recycles or refreshes old designs because its more efficient... a top mounted board is better in every single way, and would also help with the wonky weight distribution of a lot of gw wheels... but alas, its more difficult to manufacture lol, unfortunately this means.. that even if you were to somehow find a way to mount the board on top, it could never work.. because the board was designed and written to be side mounted therefore the wheel would not balance, third party sellers get around this by breaking up packs into two or more smaller pieces and cramming them into any crevasse they can, and/or shifting the board around slightly to make space... not ideal for a few reasons

Do you ever get wobbles on this wheel?

The Monster is one of the most stable EUCs I have owned.  Wobbled can always occur of course as you get familiar to a wheel.

They updated the Nikola design to cram more battery life into it. Think they were going to milk the original Monster design forever, but now they are updating it thanks to competition from the Sherman. The new Monster Pro is gonna be lit. I don't want to keep veering off topic, so let's leave this discussion here.
