Dancing on EUC

When I learn ride back  I did it with music. Then I think that's good idea for fitness, because usually stand on EUC without moving when ride.. )))))

Imo dancing is mostly about moving to the beat of the music rather than specific moves. A good place to start is moving your feet to the music. You can practice that by carving to the beat.

For beginning better find railing about 1 meter high (like near cross-road) and do exercizes holding railing by hand

 

Small short turn left-right "snake" according music beat. 

 

Movement backward near railing

 

Movement back with "snake" according beat

 

Changing direction forward-back near railing

 

Training stability, try movements without holding railing (it took 1 month for me)

Sure, but if you know few "good look" movements - it will be more easy..))))
