VikB
I bought a V10F from Smartwheels last year. They were easy to deal with. The wheel arrived as expected and has worked flawlessly since so I haven't tested their post-sales support. I'd buy another EUC from them.

How's Ewheel support for customers in Canada? Yes - if you're from Canada and order from eWheels.com in the States you be charged tax/duty when it crosses the border, a significant amount, several hundreds at least. It will be C.O.D. This is why you're better off to order from a Canadian retailer (SmartWheel, VanEUC, or Eevees.com) if you're in Canada.
Bronson
Thanks. Spoke with smart wheels and they told me the same. Went with vaneuc. Edited November 4, 2021 by Bronson
guillaume tanguay
Avoid them at all cost! Got broken products and they answer their message only when they feel like it. They are horrible.
