If I can ask what equipment do you use to smooth the EDPM during the final stage of refinement? 1 Quote
EUC Custom Power-Pads Posted May 10, 2020 Author Posted May 10, 2020 Grinding discs in different grit sizes and on different machines (drill press, belt grinder and MultiMaster Tools) and at the end manually by hand. 1 Quote

Amazing! I know how long it takes to custom fabricate products by hand so hats off to your adroit skill level. Best wishes on your new business venture. 1 Quote
EUC Custom Power-Pads Posted May 10, 2020 Author Posted May 10, 2020 Thanks, nice to hear that there are people who see the work in it and don't laugh about the price. In the end there is actually a low hourly wage by German standards. If Covid19 hadn't shut down my actual business, I certainly wouldn't be making power pads for days on end, but would be out and about with my family and our EUCs, enjoying the time. As soon as the normal business is running again, I prefer to earn my money with it easier and faster. 1 Quote
