Hi, I see an EUC store in my country that has just posted that they will receive a 2500 watt Monster in May. Is this a thing? Have I ordered my Monster on the worst possible time?

That would be the new MSP motor put into the Monster. It's certainly possible, whether it is official or not.

Expect lower top speed (but more torque) with this new motor, just like with the MSX vs. MSP. So you lose some, you gain some.

I just got information that my Monster will have 2500 watt, and that it was old information on the website I ordered from. Feel free to delete my topic :)

Nah, this is good information. So the Monster might have been stealth-upgraded to the MSP motor? You ordered 100V right?

I ordered from Speedyfeet and he confirmed that I got the 2500 watt motor. He says they have been out for a long time, he just hadn't updated the website.

It's not allowed to ride EUC fast in my country, so I went for the 84v.

right now the motor on the monster it's the same of 100v msx and it's rated 2500w for a while, but it's not the new wider msp motor ;)
