Michelle A Chacon Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 Is there something I'm doing wrong? Opened up box powered on and the lights come on but wont ever balance! Tried connecting to the king song app but it never finds the device. I have owned a inmotion v8 and msuper never had this problem. Popular Post meepmeepmayer Posted April 8, 2020 Popular Post Share Posted April 8, 2020 You have to one-time "unlock" the wheel in an app. This is to prevent it turning on in the packaging/in transit and burning itself out. If the official King Song app does not work (should be on the main screen), use DarknessBot (Apple) or EUC World (Android) to unlock the wheel, these apps are officially supported by King Song now that currently there is no official app on the two app stores (not sure which app you have and where you got it from). 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
