Isn't that a low voltage issue? (or low amps?)  Shall we call that "tired" batteries?  :D  That's why you need angry obnoxious batteries that keep on pumping the harder you use them!  @edwin_rm Glad you weren't hurt and still riding!

Actually, I thought my pain from the wipeout was short term and didn't get hurt but I was wrong... As of today I still have a strained shoulder. Should heal with time according to the doctor.

The engine shut down. Its not sudden thou. The euc gives a "floaty" feeling right before shutdown, so you know its coming. I know to never to put hands in front of me (I also snowboard), so I used my forearms instead so as to prevent the face hitting pavement when I fell. What hits the floor the hardest is always the chest.

How do you then avoid that the face hits the ground?

By stiffing the neck to prevent head wobble (the same way pro wrestlers do when slammed to the ground).

Putting aside that wrestling is not done on tar, is done for the show and pro wrestlers are likely to have had a significant training of their neck muscles, I would be surprised if the pro wrestlers regular technique for a forward fall is to take most of the impact with the chest. Unfortunately, neither Googling/Youtubing nor my past experience with ju-jutsu did provide this surprise for me. As I love this kind of surprises: can you provide a reference for this technique?

No reference. Just pure experience.

There is not a lot of clearance between the MCM4 case and the tire when at max pressure indeed, but it doesn't seem to affect perfomance. The tire can scrape the case when fully inflated while it still has all that 'brand new tire' thread. Shall become better with wear (or a softer replacement tire).

That's a joke? No?

What happened at Gotway? Do they lost major R&D people or do marketing managers insist in desicions? Or was R&D/ innovations of Kingsong to fast? Or both of last points?

Speculation but the MCM4 looks totally new compared to previous models so this model is an attempt at doing something different - you could imagine it is supposed to be better, at the very least it is a new design direction.  At a certain point in manufacturing (more speculation) they've already made or committed to a certain batch amount - who knows when they can actually get everything ironed out.  There is already a HS version, yes?  That is one upgrade.  How long could it take for the other issues to be fixed?

How many miles have I ridden?  I'm not sure and I'm not using the app or using any tool to track but I will guess over 75 maybe close to 100 miles with most of those miles in the last few weeks.  I don't plan on faceplanting on this thing.  I still haven't put on rubber bumpers, and also I plan to add strips on the sides for comfort - I've decided on a plan or layout for the padding but I either have to wait on an order of black padding or I have to find existing ones I have somewhere in the house.  I've crashed on it once, a very minor crash on slippery mud section and it sort-of just fell down - very minor scratching.  Also I'm getting a lot of dirt kicked up on back that I clean off - I'm riding in places where there are wet patches and I go slow-motion through them but after the tire gets wet it picks up dirt which then get flung up.  Mud or debris also gets inside easily or rather because of the tight tire clearance any little thing that gets in there will make a noise that you'll hear - and they don't get ejected that quickly.  So I'd say it's best for clean surfaces - not wet and not off-roading.

Tightness of the shell could be intentional, maybe they want only 1-millimeter clearance all around the tire - is this a good idea or not?  I can have a good ride experience until I go through an area with tree debris - so right now in this season it's not so good.  I'm still putting on miles though.  I can't wait to get the padding on.  I have some colored padding now but I think I want to use black only to stay with the black & white design, and so I wait.

I found this interesting video about how to reassemle a MCM4 from zero. I don't know if it this video has been already posted by someone else. In that case a apologize for it.
