I wonder if that sort of pad, if placed fore and aft of the foot, would have helped keep Hsaing on his V11 avoiding EUC destruction.

probably yes, you'll never lose a pedal with these ;)

attached file for those who want to test them, any feedback would be nice

i wouldnt use hard plastics for this, u can destroy not only outer body but the electronics as well after a hard side hit.

maybe it would be better just cut it from dense eva sheets and glue togeter.

tpu filaments are pricey af and big parts like this print very long...

0.28 layer printing is not so long, i tried in tpu first (3h) but this kind of plastic do not work well with the double side tape
2h printing in simple pla and you're ready to go, tape is so strong.

i don't think you should worry about crash but i've put others photos on fb group so you can make your own idea ;)

What sort of material and infill would you recommend?

Only had a quote in PETG in whatever infill I want.

how are you printing it in 2 hours :o

how much infill % did you put it at?

i'm doing a test print now with PLA at 60mm/s and 25% infill.

3 walls, 8-10 infill and you're good, it's a super simple piece, you can print it fast

grXChzC.jpgi2tr5fj.jpg7BQ8YiY.jpgApparently new MSP'S come with the monster pro pedals. I just got my msp2k from ewheels and at first I thought they didn't put the Nikola pedals on but Jason informed me they were the new monster pro pedals. They're 10" in length so I think he's right.  The angle feels pretty good.

can you take some pictures close to a monster/nikola pedal ? if you have one of course

i know they are bigger but picture is always better, btw (GW says 22.8-10.8 cm)

I have also ordered the MSP with these pedals and am still waiting for delivery. Can you measure the angle? Looks like they finally got rid of that nasty 16 degree angle.

I got a bad picture, but one can see that it is 22,8 cm (9 inch) and not 25,4 cm (10 inch)

Did you try them? 😀

Had a quick ride in the house and briefly in the street but the winds were super high yesterday.

Feel pretty good though - I think I’ve angled them down more than the other posts I’ve seen.

They feel good - they could even be a little wider for me, to cover more of the top of my foot.

But really allow you to recover the wheel with less body weight / movement - more in line with how I have to move if my MSX drops a little when penduluming / moving slowly etc

Let me know if you want some tweak 👍
