An eWheel is the next generation and the leading edge of several now popular PEVs. IMHO it shouldn't be shackled with the "seg" prefix. Respect @Aneta, but must agree to disagree. However they no longer make EUCs as Ninebot. - They abandoned us. The term wheel or EUC works for me. If and when they become more popular people will know what you are talking about. But I'll use "segwheel" for a while to get the feel of it, and use it when asked by bystanders - it's an experiment, with unknown outcome. EUC doesn't roll off the tongue and always has to be repeated followed by the explanation of the acronym. I don't even tell people what it is called anymore, I tell them to go to ewheels dot com.
