Do a search for "bent valve inner tube". You'll find that they are now available from Amazon. Speedyfeet probably carries them also.

If you happen to be asking because you have a flat, you can easily patch EUC inner tubes (what I do) instead of replacing them. And this is assuming the Slime cannot fix the leak.
