The first link (the "XXX") seems to be a Tesla V1 (no Bluetooth speakers, no lift button under the handle - as far as I can guess from the pictures) while the other is a Tesla V2 (updated with speakers and lift button, the rest is the same). From my experienece the cutt off switch is very important on the tesla and i wouldnt miss it.
