Currently at the Gotway factory.. the 126v is a way off.. they have to work on improving the components first and test it. So release in 4- 6months time.. there is a new Tesla coming though 😁 yes a New TESLA..

oh and a variation of the Nikola with a new battery size(21700 cells) 😁

 Correction: it’s not the NEW tesla but a slimmer 100v 16inch Wheel using the new 21700 cells.. for city dwellers from Gotway.. for ease of transportation. Coming soon. Me with Mr. Lin founder of Gotway.

Confirmed improvements from GOTWAY

Better fan.. the Nikola fan is to noisy.

blacked out pedals

temperature sensor on/closer to the MOSFETS

Better LED lights

21700 cell batteries coming next in all GOTWAY wheels including the 1800wh NIKOLA 100v and MSX 100v (Yes MSX is getting an upgrade)

New motor design. More compact so takes less space

New E-Scooter and E-Skateboards to change the market 

126v needs bigger and thicker wires 

its late here in Shenzhen where I am staying after travelling from the Gotway factory..

for such a small company, they are doing some amazing things, and they are open to suggestions.. just let me know and I will pass it on to them. 😁

tomorrow is Kingsong.. can’t wait 😊

Poland, China (multiple manufacturers!)... how did you come up with this idea? Isn't this travelling quite expensive? Anyways, awesome!

5mm higher and 3mm wider. That gives a lot of extra capacity.

16532 cubic mm in 18650

24232 cubic mm in 21700

 

That's 30% more room in the 21700!

If you google "21700 vs 18650 density" it seems the 21700 have 20% more energy density. I hope they won't make wheels too expensive though.

plus from what i looked up from the ?i5? time (the first wheel with 21700 cells) they can provide a much higher nomibal current as 18650 cells.

So hopefully less degradation and bad cells in our packs - maybe even in less capacity packs.

Tell them to make a Z10 clone.A Gotway with the Z10 tire with Gotway speed and power and range would probably outsell any wheel they have made to date! Have fun at the KingSong facility(visited both Gotway and Kingsong back in 2016),and if you show up around noon,maybe @tinawong will buy you lunch too!

inmotions are the only ones I've used without a hideously annoying start up beep, every other euc I've owned does it though gotway is loudest.. why oh why does it exist I absolutely hate unnecessary noises

I'm more interested about this new tesla.. or not a tesla just so happens to be a bunch of teslas on the table :p something similar to the acm or a cross between then would be awesome acm was a fantastic form factor but it needed a built in handle and taller pedals

A commuter wheel to challenge the V8 would be fantastic!

100v 16x3 or even 14x3 would be a great format.

Make it no more than 30 lbs and design it for smooth transitions between riding, trolleying and carrying (no time loss deploying handles and pedals; reliable cut-off upon carrying) - things the V8 is great at. 

Make it reliable for riding daily in the rain.

Design it for ease of maintenance.

Design it to rest in a stable position under a desk without requiring a separate stand.

Allow all audio to be customized or disabled.

Use vibrations warnings instead of beep warnings - you can’t hear the beep amongst city noises.

Give it a standard red rear light that stays on and gets brighter when braking.

Angle the front light so that it doesn’t blind oncoming traffic, but provides sufficient width and reach for night riding.

I would love to see Gotway try to make a more comfortable wheel to compete with the V10, because that's the only factor that has me consider the competition. The Nikola was pretty close, but not quite.

stop using this shiny translucent plastic found on the Nikola and monster3 innershell. It’s not going to age well (or maybe that was their intention?)
