Just practice nothing else.

For 180º :

1 start the mouv by the head,

2 turn the shoulders

3 turn the pelvis

Thanks slowmo but i'm not the rider of the last two videos...-_- i'm just a padawan !

when you learn tricks it's like in the beginning on your wheel : it's seems impossible but with practice  you can master .

Try and think :  "yes i can " there is no danger in 180 just protect your wheel .

There are a few tips i have for the 180

1)Have a smooth surface to learn. 2)Don't be afraid to fail, as with any trick or even Learning to ride. 3) Have considerable speed, then stop rather quickly before turning around.4) *important* Right as you are turning around, even a little bit before; turn your shoulders extend your arm in the direction you are turning and lean into it. This gives the wheel the necessary force to follow through, otherwise you might turn but you won't be going anywhere. 5) turning the wheel requires a fast and strong rotation with your legs/feet. To learn this gradually, try a 90° rotation first. To do this slow down, wind your shoulders in the opposite direction of the turn then quickly spin your torso towards the turn following with a quick rotation with your legs.

If that was confusing or if anyone wants further instruction. Let me know.

I didn't take one, probably because i knew i wouldn't get It ? since I'm having trouble going forwards after the spin. I noticed most go backwards after the spin a little then forwards. Although I'm still trying to learn backwards/idling
