Popular Post Retrovertigo
Insomnia keeping me awake, so went and ordered a Z10 from Speedyfeet. My first EUC and I'm nervous now....and excited I decided to go with the Z10 because I used to ride motorbikes (before my accident on one) and I always owned sports bikes. I like the physicality of sports bikes, hanging off on the bends etc. And for me, after watching almost every YouTube video under the sun, I think the extra oomph needed to move one of these things around, is the closest I'll get to my old motorcycle days (my daughter has banned me from ever riding one again ) Wish me luck! 4

Apparently they do: https://www.speedyfeet.co.uk/collections/electric-unicycle/products/ninebot-one-z10 And it is the OFFICIAL UK / EU legal version! Well congrats @Retrovertigo! It's one of the easiest EUC to learn. You'll loved it!

Curious myself to know what the differences are. Probably not amounting to anything terribly different. Hopefully they do a comparison video sooner rather than later And of course, thanks again for all your valuable input when I joined here a couple of weeks ago

There must've been tweaks and other internal adjustments being on the market nearly a year's time. I did see on the chinese grey markets touting the headline New 2019 Version with same specs, so presumably it is a production build improvement over the initial release z10's. Perhaps late 2020, well I hope to see a Ks16x specced z10. Edited July 20, 2019 by giggidditygiggiddity

What have you done? ... WAHT HAVE YOU DONE???? You have committed yourself to sparing the choked streets from another bulky car. You have committed yourself to compulsively exploring every side street within a 30 mile radius from your house. You have committed yourself to answering these 4 questions from astonished passers by: What is it? How far/ fast can it go? How much does it cost? Where can I buy one? And we have it gone good authority that nobody has ever got to question no. 4! You have purchased an EUC - one of the greatest PEV form-factors available on the market (we might be a little biased around here). Congrats! 4
Planemo
Speedy has had it on their site for at least a couple of weeks. 2 grand though...oooff! I am not convinced the 'UK' model is any different whatsoever, other than the CE certification which I presume all zeds would be built to now as I cant see Ninebot building different spec wheels for different countries. In relation to the chinese sellers splashing '2019' all over their ads, I think it is just to show that the wheels will come with the later headlight and presumably the later power board although I think most wheels from late 2018 would have the newer board anyway. Popular Post Retrovertigo
Well just to update this thread a little. Speedy Feet were superb to deal with, and Ian seems like a genuinely nice and likeable bloke Started off in my hallway in my flat just trying to trundle along, but I soon realised that I was using the wall to steady myself way too much. I decided after the first couple of days to venture out into the private car park where I live, and amazed myself by riding it along first time of trying. Ventured further into my road and continued to ride up and down it - it's about 100 yards long - with no incidents (thankfully!) I'm now just trying to get the knack of a standing start without balancing myself against a wall etc. I think because I can ride a regular old unicycle, my muscle memory helped in me knowing what to instinctively do to balance myself on a single wheel. I just need to build up my confidence now to properly venture out at some point. My road is nice and quiet so it is no biggie if I fall off here. All in all though, I feel like I am almost at a point where I can call myself an official EUC rider. It will be cemented when I can start off from standing Such a good feeling riding these things.
