Cpaman
My batter y seems dead, so I took it out to replace it. It is a jetscan bc-204, 25.2 volts. The replacement battery is $130 and I could only find 1 place that sells it(streetsaw). Can I use a different battery, say a 36v that is only $50 as long as it fits? meepmeepmayer
I'm no electrical expert, but I would be very surprised if you could just put in a different voltage battery. Especially if the voltage difference is so big - 40% more. The electronics probably won't like that. So any 25.2V battery should work (if it is meant for hoverboards!). A different voltage: I don't think so.
