what is the acceptable mainboard temperature for KS18XL

Recommended Posts

The app displays the temperature at 52C after an hour of ride.  It does feel a bit warm on top of the 18xl, but I don't know what is the safe temperature range of 18xl.

does anyone know?

thats barely above the idle temperature of a kingsong lol.. absolutely no need to worry you probably couldnt overheat it if you tried and even if you did it would just tilt you back and make you wait for it to cool back down.. you can start to worry if its staying at 75 after an hour ride :P

I wouldn't worry about it at all. If the fans are running then why not let them go for a bit and then turn it off. But just turning it off shouldn't be a problem. That's what I do always.

take a breath and an relax few minutes on a side of the road after you rode 1h or so...:efef2e0fff:
it's very well for your feet and wheel as well

I power down my wheel after I check wheel health data in KS app / WheelLog
