MetricUSA Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Has any one asked their sellers if when the time comes, do they have replacement batteries for sell? I was shocked to learn mine does not! How can you sell battery run vehicles, but w/ no batteries? Where to get replacement batteries and how much will they cost? The same price as vehicle? Love the throw-away society... Hundred different eus and a hundred different batteries... Here buy my battery and as a bonus you get an electronic unicycle for free....
Sunny Rockwheel Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Hello, the warranty time of battery usually is half a year~~After that period, replace one set of battery is not free~~You can buy the battery from where you buy your EU
MetricUSA Posted March 23, 2015 Author Posted March 23, 2015 Sunny, I already said seller does not have batteries....
Sunny Rockwheel Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Sunny, I already said seller does not have batteries.... Sorry~~then maybe you should find manufacture of your EU.Normally agent can help you deal this problem~~At least I know~~
Chuts Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Not that surprising really... Retailers / Distributers supply the whole unit as a complete working product. Batteries are a component so you would need to contact a electric component retailer. Just like a lot of retail shops that sell complete PC computers but wouldn't stock individual motherboards / CPUs.
