Easy on/off knee and elbow pad suggestions

Recommended Posts

Now that my Alpinestars Sequence elbow pads are a bit stretched out and cumbersome to take on and off I’m really curious about easy on elbow...

I'm pretty happy with these. They are easy enough to slide on, and seem to stay put. I have fallen on them a couple times, and they worked fine.

Ones with sleeves probably stay in place better in a crash, but I can't find any that are big enough. I should just get some knee pads for my elbows...

My Alpinestars are shot at this point. A stretchy mess that slides down all of the time. Bummed.

Anyone have any experience with Fox Titan Pro?

On the topic of elbows, I have been using the Leatt 3.0 Elbow Guards for a couple years. They slide on super easy on bare skin or over sweaters or shirtsleeves, and can fit under windbreakers or jackets with loose sleeves. They have rubber strips sewn into the underside to keep them in place. They are durable and get the job done, but are not in the same league as the Dual Axis knee guards, though.

I looked it up because there was no image but only a link. :efeffe9e4a:

I think these two items are right, but they look nice and strong. :efee47c9c8: Either way, I'll be satisfied. :eff034a94a:

The shock guard looks wide and I think it'.

@-Sebrios

I use this knee brace.:efee47c9c8:

It protects the upper and lower knees together, but it is a little uncomfortable when moving. :pooping:

I feel like a robot.

For anyone looking for this type of gear you may want to have a look at RevZilla. Along with outstanding customer service they have videos explaining the fit and differences.

Thanx @Lindsey looking for shorter ones, as I have to put them on/off several times a day, and put them in a small backpack while i am with customers.

Normally I store everything in a small Decathlon 10L bag

Yes, I still wear the original pair all the time in warm weather. No complaints.

Leatt Dual Axis FTW . Best knee/shin protection I ever felt. I just wish they had an identical set made for elbows.

Leatt Black XX-Large Knee & Shin Guard Dual Axis,5 Pack

Here here. I’d be set if they made these for elbows
