Altaire.
I ordered a wheel from them 2 weeks ago, got the wheel a couple days later but the cover that was supposed to come with it was never sent. Got tired of waiting for it so i tried riding yesterday and scuffed it up pretty bad. Anybody know how long it takes for the cover to come? I think im just gonna buy one from another company, I'm destroying my new wheel.
Chriull
@Altaire. - best to ask ewheels? They should know and tell you the timeline.

Daley1
Get a body guard from the fat unicyclist and ur machine will remain pristine.
tscottn
just throw some duct tape or vinyl tape on that bitch and get riding! BTW, scuff marks, dents and dings are war scars and you should be proud to have them.. I would be embarrassed to ride a pristine wheel.
erk1024
I used (ugly orange) bubble wrap and some gaffer's tape... So far the covering has survived a dozen crashes at least. Just make sure it matches your outfit.
Daley1
Ur the epitome of class and elegance, and surely must be a style fashionista! But alas ur wheel looks a little like its from a dystopian, post apocalyptic, zombie filled future.Surely the sleek, elegant KS lines should be displayed for the Neanderthals who ride other brands to admire and drool over? Several people asked me "did you make that?" Hahaha... A more permanent solution has been ordered from Roll.nz. I hope it holds together until then. But this bubblewrap nonsense has held together far longer than I would have expected. I thought it was going to disintegrate after a week. But it sure is ugly. Can't wait to replace it. AtlasP
When I ordered my first wheel (with cover included) from ewheels the wheel shipped straight from them in the US, but the cover shipped separately from asia and arrived about a week later. No idea if that's common or happens only in certain circumstances. Either way they're normally super quick to respond to messages.
Rywokast
what wheel? only the inmotions come with covers, presumably if theyre in stock... it would have been shipped in the same box as the wheel, why would any company want to pay more for shipping to have it sent out separately? Stop making false assertions just because you have feelings about how things 'should' be. In this instance, it was our few remaining V5Fs, the cover stock for this model was depleted, ordered some replacement to be flown in.
