ES1 error 45 ?? not listed

Hi

I look for a solution with my es1 ninebot. No solution on internet and gearbest give me a little refund.

I have the red key and beep beep sounds and error 45 on screen

On android application it says:

"buil in battery is overly charged and avaible to charge please replace battery (45)" 

I checked with NINEBATTERY , all cells 3.6 v and my battery is charged at 39%

Any idea??? code lists ends at 44 !
