Lucas Alexander Oliver
I got my first wheel about a month ago and fell in love with it immediately. But on the third day I got over confident and took my cover off to ride at night and enjoy the lights.... I didn’t take a flashlight and stupidly had turned the speed all the way up already. I hadn’t went a mile before I hit an unseen pothole and went down hard at full speed. I hurt my knees pretty badly but they are fine now after a couple weeks of pain and difficult walking. But my wheel got banged up pretty badly. Both outside covers were completely destroyed and the inside support plates are also cracked. I am still riding it , slowly and carefully with the cover holding the broken side panels on. I have purchased both side panels and both interior support casings and I just need to stop procrastinating and fix it. But honestly I’m scared I am going to mess it up and it still rides currently. Mostly. Lol So any advice or knowledge for a newbie trying to completely overhaul his new sg3 wheel ? Btw. I live in Seattle. Thanks.
