Popular Post Marty Backe Posted March 29, 2019 Popular Post Share Posted March 29, 2019 (edited) I'm hosting an introductory Griffith Park ride for Onewheelers, at 4pm on Saturday March 30th, 2019. This is about an 8-mile ride on paved fire roads. After the 'official' ride concludes, those of us with the battery capacity can continue to explore. If you want to join us, meet here (parking lot above the Greek Theater) for departure at 4pm: https://goo.gl/maps/bqUj9f7r33u Parking is free, but sometimes can be a little challenging to find an opening. Worst case, park on Los Feliz and wheel in to the meetup location. We'll probably be riding until sunset. He can climb steeper hills faster and get about 1.5x the range of me on my MCM5 800w. Sorry, but sometimes I plan spur of the moment rides and post in case anyone wants to join me. Most invitees never attend a ride so I no longer plan with the hopes anyone will join me. Whether I plan a ride a month or two days in advance, we get about the same attendance. Hope to catch you in a ride some time down the road. I was under the impression you always shot video on your rides. I setup this specifically for the Onewheelers - I coordinated via their Facebook page. It was only going to be me but then decided to post here in case someone else wanted to join in.
