unicycle distribution Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 1. New OMA good quality 800w motor, max 1200w, 30% more torque at the same speed compare to MCM2s (New OMA is the brand name, not sure about the correct spelling)2. Bluetooth v4.0, compatible w Android and iOS (Finally iOS!)3. App controllable speed tilting! (Yes!)4. Decorative LEDs, with Front Light function5. No exposed screws, pedals made of alloy and anti slip rubber6. PCB placed on upper part, easier to service7. high capacity USB charging port8. Foam protection, not leg disturbing (Hmm, meaning got padding?)9. Panasonic / Sony batteries10. Italy-France ST Semi-Conductor MOSFET, high capacity11. Built in motor connector, easier to service (not sure what is this)12. Signal Control Soft Switch, One to multiple switch, more reliable
Gimlet Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 I would imagine that11. Built in motor connectorMeans that rather than having the motor wire threaded through the casing right up to the control board it'll have a connector somewhere close to the hub centre to make taking it apart simpler.
xeno Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 Hi, I have a Xwheel X1 at the moment, it's like an Airwheel X3: 10Kg, max speed 18kmh, max real range 12-15km.Now, I need a EU with higher range, I use it every day for 7/8 km, and maybe I could use it in emergency for additional 8/9km in the night, so I was looking for Gotway Msuper V2 18" 680 at 1300 EUR... but now I could have the new Gotway MCM4 680 for "only" 955 EUR... it seems it's better for me... I'mm going to use it only in Milan, so I need a handy one...Should I buy it? From Alibaba it seems I'm going to receive it within 21 of october without additional tax, free shipping and with his handle bar... not bad!

If no problem, I still recommend that you use 18, because 18 really beyond the other. 680WH, 18, MSUPER. You support Aliexpress? My price is very affordable. I can provide you with the latest goods, with the most fresh battery
xeno Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Hi unicycle, I don't mind to carry until 15 kg, I'll carry it just for underground stairs... bur the M18 is 17kg... another 2kg.. maybe a bit too heavy.Anyway, I'm in Italy so via Aliexpress the M18 will cost to me 1700 EUR, due to italian duty for the import. The new MCM4 will cost more or less 1200... that's 500 EUR less for a newer wheel..
IvSus Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Just wanted to mention: if you're having any issues connecting with the app, check that the bluetooth module is properly seated in the connector.
