Any electric signal will get some sort of interference from magnetic fields or they learn new stuff in schools today than I was thought. I was playing with you , mostly. Having thought about your magnet statement a bit more, I think the electro magnets in the wheel itself might be a bigger issue than speaker magnets. However, having said that, our wheels have one or two Bluetooth radios on board (GPS is a glorified radio) and they don't seem to have any issues with magnets; speaker or otherwise. Smoother
Fantastic news about your lost wheel. Curious, what was the state of charge when you got it back? Had they tried riding it until the battery said "no more"?

Don’t what is was before, but from the scratches it seems they tried to ride it

Maybe you should still keep it so that you have a good backup wheel BTW, that MCM5 at the beginning of the video was actually a Tesla.

We used to say real men don't do backups, but they cry a lot. @Marty Backe seems to have backup upon backup upon...he nevers cries😎😁 I cried inside when I were waiting for new v3 stem for my KS18L. 1+ week without riding. So I guess I am borderline addicted to EUC-riding. 🤔🙄😏 I can't wait until I get my hands on a new secondary wheel. As soon as I can get a KS16X. 🤩

Unventor
Btw @Henrik Olsen my KS18L is going international once again. Riding it to ferry in Gothenburg (Sweden) to sail to Frederikshavn in Denmark for a familie party. Having my formal suit in my backpack. It is not a far ride though. But Istill need to bring the passport 😁 Altogether a round trip of 25ish Km riding on Sunday. I did a brief test ride to scout my route options. I don't want to crash ony way there due to overseeing a pot hole or speed bump. www.relive.cc/view/rt10004721037 But as @Marty Backe said it does hurt to have a spare wheel or maybe an "upgrade" for your son. He ride a KS16 something or KS14S right? If I recall your videos right. Edited April 25, 2019 by Unventor NOTE: Btw Marty, sometimes we have California blue skies here too
