Piga1976
Grazie. Chriull
@Piga1976 - welcome! if the charger is working correctly or not can easily be checked with an voltmeter. With no load he should deliver around 15*4.2V=63V You managed to charge to 100% before? If it's not the charger, it could be bad/old/degraded batteries. Although i would have expected such a decrease to happen slowly. But maybe in a pack with very unbalanced cells the weakest ones can die quite instantly?
Piga1976
Ok 15 minutes ago, Chriull said: @Piga1976 - welcome! if the charger is working correctly or not can easily be checked with an voltmeter. Chriull
@Piga1976 You should not open the wheel before you contacted gearbest. Make a nice video documentation for them - afaik they ask for such. Replacing single cells from a battery pack is in most cases not worth the effort: https://batteryuniversity.com/learn/article/how_to_repair_a_battery_pack
