LOCATION: SW Norway

DATE: May 24th

TIME: 7 to 9 pm

WEATHER: Overcast, windy, 10°C

DISTANCE TRAVELED: 42km

WHICH WHEEL OR MAIN WHEEL USED: XL

WHO WAS WITH ME: David, Roger, Nick and Richard. Plus Clare and a few others.

TOTAL DISTANCE ON THIS WHEEL: Nearly at 1100 km on the XL

BEST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: The joy of riding again (haven't ridden in a few days)

WORST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: My riding company stopped what they were doing a few minutes before I came back home. I blame Sony! :P
Also, turns out that this ride wasn't the answer to everything (and all that)...

LOCATION(S):Edited to remove locational information due to the boards insistence on revealing who is riding illegally

TIME PERIOD:Over the last week or so

WEATHER: spring stuff, warm, cold, sunny, cloudy etc, etc

DISTANCE TRAVELED: No much really 20k? 30K?

WHICH WHEEL OR MAIN WHEEL USED: KS16S

WHO WAS WITH ME: Baby geese (goslings?), Baby ducks (ducklings), baby swans (cygnets, Huh! where did that word come from?)

TOTAL DISTANCE ON THIS WHEEL: 1800km?

BEST MEMORY(S): seeing all the new water foul babies. I have pictures and video but I'm too lazy to upload it.  5 or 6 ducklings, 7 cygnets, 9 goslings.  All so precious in their puffy down feathers, staying close to mum, mum being very protective, etc.  Choosing to ride by the water is what brings me these pleasures (both towns are about 17 miles from me so I wouldn't be there if it wasn't for want of  good EUC riding grounds, around here sucks)

WORST MEMORY: Watching a brand new XXX being pulled from the river after a car show.  Not worst for me, worst for the dealership, or the insurance company have pictures too)

RECOMMENDATIONS/WARNINGS FOR RIDERS: Don't leave the handbrake of your new Ford off when parked on a slope that leads to the river.:D

LOCATION: SW Norway

DATE: June 9th

TIME: 3h+ riding in the afternoon/evening

WEATHER: Overcast 10-12°C

DISTANCE TRAVELED: 68,86 km

WHICH WHEEL OR MAIN WHEEL USED: KS18XL

WHO WAS WITH ME: Till, Richard, Oliver, Christoph, Paul and Flake

TOTAL DISTANCE ON THIS WHEEL: Passed 1500km on this trip, 1510 km at end of trip

BEST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: The sun that peeked out during the last few km. And the joy of going on such a long trip, especially going places I haven't ridden before.

WORST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: Needed to cross a highway to continue where I wanted to go, no other way to go. Also had to ride along side normal traffic, which I don't like. And the headwind I had for about 2/3 to 3/4 of the trip :cry2:

RECOMMENDATIONS/WARNINGS FOR RIDERS: Nothing springs to mind (), other than to have fun!

LOCATION(S): Can't say, to protect myself.

TIME PERIOD:last few weeks

WEATHER:variable from cool spring days to hotest day of year so far

DISTANCE TRAVELED: 50 miles maybe (no data recorded.

WHICH WHEEL OR MAIN WHEEL USED: KS16s

WHO WAS WITH ME:  No one.

TOTAL DISTANCE ON THIS WHEEL: 21ookm?

BEST MEMORY: riding a seaside town I have never visited before.  The tide was out and it was so far out you could barely see it. Boardwalk HEAVING  with people.  Bumped into a learner EUC rider (details included due to anonymity reason, mine not his)

WORST MEMORY: Heaving crowds

RECOMMENDATIONS/WARNINGS FOR RIDERS:  I turned my second alarm on at 6kph so I was beeping all the time.  Only way I could let people know  "HEY!!! YOU DON'T OWN THE WHOLE BOARDWALK!!!"

Unbelievable this distance without charging??

Correct. One charge, 50.5 miles with 4 indicator lights out of 9 so maybe around 35-40%. I never hit the speed throttling.
