Popular Post Smoother
There's a lot of coverage of crashes, face plants, cut outs, accidents, etc on the forum. I decided to create this thread so riders can BRIEFLY post a successful, drama free, crash free ride. I've created a template I humbly request everyone follow, to keep the thread compact and easy to read.. The main goal of the thread, is to show newbies, that the EUC life is not all about breaking things, face plants and trips to the ER, hopefully. in the next post is the "form" I'd like people to follow. Simply copy and paste it into your post. Don't "Quote". EDIT. I've been fiddling with the form template so the form and the responses do not blend together. I'll try to remember to post a fresh blank form at the top of each new page, if it turns into pages, of course. I've added a second part to the template for those who would rather submit a summary report for a given time period, weekend, week, month, season, etc. Edited February 5, 2019 by Smoother more info

Smoother
Welcome @Olav you are the second, first-time-ever poster on this thread and it's only on page one. Nice report; I particularly liked "WHO WAS WITH ME: Mr. N. O. Body". Don't be a stranger. You're clearly not a new rider, having 964km on your Tesla. I like this thread, and think more people should use it, as it appears to be a too much focus on fast riding and injuries (IMHO) Edited February 1, 2019 by Olav

I've been trying to find places I can join the conversation, but I have learnt a lot from the forum and enjoy reading it immensely I'm not sure about contributing from a Singapore perspective - it's warm and flat here, with plenty of more than acceptable infrastructure \o/ well, okay, there are some fairly heavy handed regulations but that's a post for another topic I think

TOTAL DISTANCE ON THIS WHEEL: 263,5KM BEST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: Watching people ice skating on the lake WORST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: Still haven't attached my mudguard. Also I pumped up my tire to 22 PSI and it felt so damn hard but I got better range which was pointless because I had 60% battery left after the ride. And a no parking sign which I ignored. uekarashi
I can't get enough of this positivity, so here's another one. LOCATION: Kallang/Marina Bay/Civic District, Singapore (watch the Relive: https://www.relive.cc/view/rt10003320437) DATE: 2 Feb 2019 TIME: 12:04 am WEATHER: Windy, ~28C DISTANCE TRAVELED: 12.69km says Strava WHICH WHEEL OR MAIN WHEEL USED: InMotion V5F WHO WAS WITH ME: My partner, on V8 TOTAL DISTANCE ON THIS WHEEL: 15km - my first ride on this wheel besides practice, yay BEST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: The Marina Bay area really is quite pretty at night, 10/10 would recommend to visiting wheelers. It was also fun to stop and take a couple of 360 images for Google Maps. Also, first full trip out on a V5F. WORST FEATURE OF THE RIDE: Finding out that most of the light festival exhibits around the bay weren't switched on. RECOMMENDATIONS/WARNINGS FOR RIDERS: The park is paved with bricks, mind the thousand tiny bumps. 16" and up wheels won't really feel it though, heh. Edited February 3, 2019 by uekarashi amend: not _all_ the exhibits were switched off.

TIME: 12:04 am WEATHER: Windy, ~28C It's people like you that inject the positivity, so please don't think you can only report one or two rides. Even the same ride on a different day has different positives and negatives. I for one, really enjoy reading the little details people put at the bottom, and there seems to be a competition for the most creative way of saying "just me" (when riding alone). I particularly liked "Mr. N.O. Body" from @Olav. It hard to be funny in a second language, so that made it just that bit more special. ps Love your warm midnight ride, sounds lovely. Let us know when you do the ride again WITH all the lights blazing. Edited February 3, 2019 by Smoother 2
