JSUN
I’m having a hard time deciding which wheel to get next. Between the KS18XL and MSX. i’ve read that KS18XL’s mud guard is ineffective and that the screws holding the side covers are not solidly placed, therefore you have to fixed them for the long term. MSX shorter ride per charge than KS18XL. You can add a sit and mudguard to, KS18XL, there is no seat
mrelwood
A few other guys have asked this as well, you should find those topics for a lot of great opinions. I think it is up to how and where you ride, as well as wether you are ok to work a bit on your wheel right from the start. The sideways pedal angle on the MSX is very steep and sometimes unbalanced. Several of us MSX owners have filed down the pedals to get a more normal angle. The MSX is a bigger wheel, and requires bigger leans at acceleration and braking. The 3” tire on the MSX is great if you ride off road a lot. I understand that the 18XL is a more refined and sophisticated ride. MSX can be a bit coarse, as it is designed for power and speed, not comfort. Although, the MSX is more quiet. The trolley handle position on the MSX makes it a bit difficult to trolley around. KS handle is in the perfect position. I have the MSX, but I would’ve easily chosen an 18XL with a 3” tire instead.
FlyboyEUC
Being a guy in your position I decided (from reading/watching many reviews) that the XL was more of a Maserati and the MSX is more of a Pagani/ high end Porsche. The Maserati is powerful yet focusses mainly on giving the rider an enjoyable ride (comfort). The Pagani or high end Porsche is more focused on performance at the sacrifice of comfort. Stiffer ride, no glove box, etc... The simplest I can see it is off-road (MSX) vs on road (XL). Though both are quite capable in both terrains. I will mostly ride to work everyday on the street so I chose the XL.
RockyTop
The above comments some it up very well. The only thing I have to add is that the MSX takes more force to maneuver and as a result is more stable when you get off balance giving you more time to get things under control in tricky situations. This makes it better off road and at high speeds. Don’t sell the XL short. It gives a smooth intuitive ride. I really enjoy the XL. For me it is an easy relaxing sporty Sunday cruiser. If you don’t watch the X Games and think, - “I bet I could do some of that” The XL might be more suited for you. The point is you might not get the benefits of The MSX while you will have to deal with the down side.

He has another chanel where he reviews houses, and other things. Maybe he could review some of not all of Marty's wheels. Eko
Hi, I'm thinking about Msx as my second Euc for the next future. I've not found so many info online about reliable and working resellers close to my town. If you were in my place (I live near Venice), in the next weeks/months where would you buy it ? I mean, contacting which reseller (or other) ? Every useful suggestion will be highly appreciated, thanks
