Tsparky Posted January 26, 2019 Share Posted January 26, 2019 So I received my Z10 from Gearbest yesterday, Battery Charges, thank god, Install Ninebot App on my iPhone 7 12.1.3, Held power button down to initiate Bluetooth connection, Bluetooth logo is on, blue leds flashing, app see’s z10, connects, Padlock on screen is locked, screen pop up “ Tip Error Unknown” Can anyone help, is there a Bluetooth reset for the z10, do I need to install different app, Europe, US, China ? RidePhilly Posted February 28, 2019 Share Posted February 28, 2019 I have the same error. My Z10 out of the box is not able to activate and I get the same message 'Tip: Unknown Error'. My software is V.1.0.5 and I've tried registering from multiple countries and servers (UK included) on the Ninebot App. I've given up on this issue and am trying to request a full refund from the seller on AliExpress. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Would the Ninetool App work as a bypass to this activation error?
