meepmeepmayer Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 Yes. Those are just bicycle parts on our wheels. The inner tube needs a bent valve stem, that might be the biggest challenge here. And the tire should be good enough so it's safe at any speed a wheel can do. I guess one should not use a noname tire for 30mph riding. But there are no big mysteries here. If it fits, it works.
