Thx I opened up the new app and requested a code after setting up an account with it. They text messaged me a code and then I was able to get into the speed settings. But since I have ADD and wasn’t paying enough attention to these awesome folks here I didn’t look at the pictures of the alarm setting properly. When I was called on it I went back and looked and copied @Unventor picture. It worked then. Then I adjusted the fourth alarm to 50 km/h which is basically 31 mph and so it’s fully unlocked. And yes when I did this a year back I did it wrong too... Need to se up highest speed as the last in the KS app and the go down from there. What does "Warping speed" mean? magicrobots Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 Hey folks, just got my 16x and having similar problems with the speed setting; although my issue was that I was able to unlock the speed screen, set the screen to whatever I want, but then the EUC gave me "low battery" pushback at 15mph despite being charged up to 95%. I read this thread then logged out and tried to log back in, and now I'm unable to log in because it keeps saying my mobile number is formatted incorrectly. Anybody ever seen that before? I had the following issue on the NEW King Song App: The fix for this was to Log Out of the App, then turn off the power to the KS16x, then log into the app, then turn the power on the EUC back on and connect. At this point I was able to open the Speed Limiting Screen and it gave me warning and such. Now that being said, here's a caution - I can't tell if I'm just tire / dehydrated or not, but I kept getting speed wobbles when I accelerated hard or breaked hard at the higher speeds (greater than say 15 mph).
