v10 V10 Problem - trepidation on low speed

Dear All,

Please help me find a solution for my InMotion V10 problem.

It enters in a trepidation mode each time I try to move it by the handle and also when riding it on low speeds (like when turning and starting the ride)

I contacted also In motion service but I dind not revive any reply (except the automatic reply)

I just saw very similar symptoms on a MCM4 (I think that was the wheel). In that case the problem was one of the 3 motor wires had become disconnected.

Thank you for the solution. The screws fixing the pedal suport on the wheel axle where lose due to vibration. I replaced them and added Steel Serrated Lock Washer on each side and used Elastic Stop Nut just to make sure will not get loose again due to vibrations.
